Launch of 20th Commemoration of 1994 Rwanda Genocide
“Kwibuka20”, a series of observances marking 20 years since the genocide in Rwanda, was launched in New York at an event co-organized by Permanent Mission of Rwanda to the UN and the UN Department of Public Information. “Kwibuka” means “remember” in Kinyarwanda.
